Short
Twitter’s 280-character limit keeps our tweets short and to the point. For all other platforms, we try to limit ourselves to one or two sentences. Share the most important information in your post’s text and provide followers with a link to a website or blog to get details. 

Conversational
However you would tell someone about the information you have to share in person should be how you would tell people about it on social media.
